Proudly South Australian for over 20 years, Wateresource has developed with the support of a number of South Australian Councils the Wateresource WMS Water Management System.
This intuitive and versatile platform provides a range of monitoring and control options including “Smarter” Irrigation Control for small sites, Tank level monitoring and automation, Network Pressure/Flow Management, and pump shed monitoring, to name a few.
The flagship of this exciting innovation is the Wateresource Nemos WMSi Irrigation Central Control System.
The Nemos WMSi is an IP68 rated battery powered “PLC” with as much as 5+ years battery life, and replaces expensive mains powered systems burdened with ongoing power and associated infrastructure costs.
Through the Zeus web based and mobile friendly platform, you are given simple and intuitive central irrigation control of your small yet important reserves and playgrounds, streetscapes, and Roundabouts etc.
Utilizing the existing water meter, the Nemos WMSi monitors water consumption 24/7, 365 days a year, alarming for leaks, high flow blowouts, zero flow and unscheduled flow.
Automatically emailed weekly and monthly usage reports and meter read values are also easily configured eliminating the need for manual meter reads, highlighting water wastage issues well before the bill arrives.
In addition, the “Set and Forget” function automatically adjusts irrigation frequency through the attached SMT-100 soil moisture sensor, suspending unnecessary irrigation during mild periods of the irrigation season and taper down irrigation to crop demand at the end of the season.
Global commands give the user full control such as turning off and on ALL devices at once with only 5 clicks, where otherwise traditional battery systems are potentially left on all winter.
This innovative product provides complete and effective water management and has the potential to save thousands of kilolitres of water or plant loss often associated with typical battery-operated systems, through alarms for high flow, unscheduled flow (i.e., leaks) and zero flow, and save significant man hours and travel costs associated with monthly onsite meter reads.
